Notes
- Check-in: after 4 pm and check-out: until 10; we are flexible, and we will always try to accommodate your needs
- Breakfast not included, however from October to May it is available on request a basket with the basic ingredients for the breakfast: 7,50€ per person per day
- Towels and linen are included
- The property is cleaned once a week; additional cleaning may be arranged upon request
- Rates include the use of the bicycles
- 7-night minimum stay in July and August – Saturday to Saturday (preferably)
- 2-night minimum stay in the rest of the year
- Carnival, Easter and New Year are considered high season
- Baby cot (up to 3 years old), free of charge
- Pets may be allowed to stay
- Rates are indicative and are pointed out at the time of confirmation
- The prices displayed include VAT
- Detailed information regarding “how to arrive” and the “cool guide” will be sent to you upon confirming your booking

- 50% payment to confirm the booking
- The remain amount will be paid on the check-in
